HOUSE OF REFUGE DEPARTMENT

A drop-in center where parent and children visit for help, the House of Refuge serves as a Community Rehabilitation Center where both the giver and the beneficiary emerge. 

The activities organized are health screening, promotion of social activities and counseling and guidance to parents and families.

Presently, UPCO provides free tuition for 550 out of school kids.  Interestingly, upon all this opportunity, the children has no place to eat or dinning hall and kitchen putting their lives in danger.
